Andy Tsang started cooking at 12 in China.


After nearly 30 years working with the original founders of Uncle Yu's, he is now the Owner and Executive Chef of Andy & Yu's in Pleasanton (as well as the owner of Uncle Yu's in Lafayette and San Ramon).

He is humble. Dedicated. And honored to serve your family fine Chinese.
